Replacement tags may be used in the subject line, body, or attachment name
of an automated feedback message. They may also be used in the default
answer to a text question on an audit form, and in the user-defined fields
in the header of custom feedback reports.
These tags are replaced by the actual value. For example, [[LOCATION]] will be replaced with the name of the location; [[AUDITOR]] will be replaced with the name of the auditor.
You must use the replacement tags exactly as they are shown below. For example, if your organization uses the term PROPERTY instead of LOCATION, you'll still need to use the [[LOCATION]] replacement tag to return the name of the property. Also note that some replacement tags are case sensitive and should always be used in the format they appear in the table below unless otherwise noted.
