Using Replacement Tags


Replacement tags may be used in the subject line, body, or attachment name of an automated feedback message. They may also be used in the default answer to a text question on an audit form, and in the user-defined fields in the header of custom feedback reports.

These tags are replaced by the actual value. For example, [[LOCATION]] will be replaced with the name of the location; [[AUDITOR]] will be replaced with the name of the auditor.

You must use the replacement tags exactly as they are shown below. For example, if your organization uses the term PROPERTY instead of LOCATION, you'll still need to use the [[LOCATION]] replacement tag to return the name of the property. Also note that some replacement tags are case sensitive and should always be used in the format they appear in the table below unless otherwise noted.

The following replacement tags are available:

[[ARGID]] the global ID of the audit results
[[ARID]] the ID of the audit results
[[AUDIT]] the name of the audit form used
[[AUDITMONTH]] the month in which the audit was started
[[AUDITOR]] the name of the auditor who conducted the audit
[[$AuditorEmail]]*** (not case sensitive) the auditor's email address
[[$AuditorPhone1]]*** (not case sensitive) the auditor's phone number
[[$AuditorTitle]]*** (not case sensitive) the title of the auditor
[[AUDITTYPE]] the type of audit conducted
[[AUDITYEAR]] the year in which the audit was started
[[COMPLIANTCOUNT]] the number of compliant items selected
[[CRITICALCOUNT]] the number of critical items selected, regardless of whether or not the choice type has been specified as correct, incorrect, or informational
[[CRITICALNONCOMPLIANTCOUNT]] the number of critical, non-compliant items selected
[[CRITICALAPDATECOMPLETECOUNT]] the number of critical items selected where the Date Complete field has been specified in the action plan
[[CRITICALAPDATECOMPLETEPCT]] the total percent of critical items selected where the Date Complete field has been specified in the action plan
[[CURRENTDATETIME]] the current date and time
[[DIVISION]] the division (used primarily for legacy audits)
[[EMAIL]] the recipient's email address
[[EMOTIONALENGAGEMENTSCORE]] the score of all critical questions, as a percentage
[[ENDDATE]] the ending date of the audit
[[$EndDate_NoTime]]*** (not case sensitive) the audit end date with no time included
[[FAX]] the recipient's fax number
[[FAXBACK]] the fax number specified in the FAX BACK field in the signature screen in Mobile Auditor.
[[FOODSAFETYRATING]] * the Food Safety Rating for the audit
[[FOODSAFETYRATINGCRITERIA]] * the specified values of this Food Safety Rating
[[FOODSAFETYSCORE]] * the Food Safety Score earned on this audit
[[IMAGECOUNT]] the number of images uploaded with an audit
[[LOCATION]] the name of the location being audited
[[LOCATIONID]] the location ID of the location being audited

[[OVERALLRATINGCRITERA]] the criteria for the Rating section of the audit. For example:
   Green 92-100%
   Blue 86-91%
   Yellow 80-85%
   Red 0-79%
[[POINTSEARNED]] the total points earned on this audit
[[POINTSPOSSIBLE]] the total points possible on this audit
[[RATING]] the rating this audit received
[[SCORE]] the score earned on this audit
[[SCOREPERCENTAGE]]  
[[SCORE_ROUND0]] the score earned on this audit, rounded to the nearest whole point.
[[SCORE_ROUND1]] the score earned on this audit, rounded to the nearest tenth of a point.
[[STARTDATELOCAL]] the local starting time of the audit
[[$StartDateLocal_NoTime]]*** (not case sensitive) the local starting date of the audit. No time will be included.
[[SUBJECT]] the text that appears in the subject line of this automated feedback email. (The SUBJECT tag may be used in the message or attachment name of automated feedback only.)
[[UPLOADDATE]] the date on which the audit was uploaded
[[$UploadDate_NoTime]]*** (not case sensitive) the date the audit was uploaded.  No time will be included.
[[USERNAME]] If used in an Executive Summary report, the [[USERNAME]] tag displays the username of the person viewing the report (the person currently logged in). If used in Automated Feedback, then the [[USERNAME]] replacement tag displays the username of the person who uploaded the audit (typically the auditor).
[[WEIGHTEDSCORE]] the standard overall weighted score (available only when the Weighted Categories option is enabled)
