Action Plan Approval Process

 

Items for approval will be based on a specific user login and assigned roles.  The Action Plan menu options will change based on your login permissions.  If you have used the recommended setup in Online Help, when your approver logs into the RizePoint system, they should have access to Plans and Approvals from the Action Plans menu.

If your approver doesn't have access to the Approvals menu, verify you have assigned the appropriate permissions.  See Assign Permissions and Corrective Action Management Permissions.
