Audit Form Checklist


Prior to releasing an audit form for general use, be sure all of the necessary steps have been completed.

  1. Test and REVIEW the form carefully.
  2. Associate the audit form with the appropriate FEEDBACK REPORTS.
  3. Specify the USERS or ROLES or that will have access to the form.
  4. Specify the MANAGEMENT RECORDS or LOCATIONS where the audits will be conducted.
  5. Associate the form with the appropriate AUTOMATED FEEDBACK RULES.
  6. Associate the form with the appropriate MANAGEMENT REPORTS.
  7. Make sure that the users or roles associated with the form have access to the necessary AUDIT TYPES.
  8. Make sure the form is designated as ACTIVE.
  9. Notify auditor users of the new form and advise them to connect and update. This is important so any users that might have assisted with testing will be assured to get the latest updates.
