Questions

To access the Questions screen:

  1. Click on the audit form to select it.
  2. Select AUDIT CATEGORIES.
  3. Navigate to the category or subcategory in which you want to add questions.
  4. Click the Questions link.

When you click on the Questions link, a list of all questions assigned to the category is displayed. If no questions have been created yet, a message is displayed informing you that none exist.

If your implementation of RizePoint does not include Subcategories, click on the category name to display the question list.

 

From this screen you may:

NEW button - allows you to create a new question in this audit category.

IMPORT button - allows you to import questions from this or another audit form.

ARCHIVES button - allows you to view a list of all questions that have been previously deleted. To restore a previously deleted question, click the ARCHIVE button, then select the question you want to restore, and click the RESTORE button.

DELETE button - allows you to delete an existing question from the list and place it into an Archives folder. To delete a question, check the selection box beside the audit form you want to delete, then click the DELETE button. This removes the audit form from the list and archives it.

AUDIT CATEGORY drop-down list - allows you to select the audit category in which to work.

CHECKBOX - allows you to select or deselect questions. Checking the box at the top of the column selects/deselects all questions.

EDIT (pencil icon ) - allows you to edit an existing question. If audit results from this audit form have already been uploaded into the system, you may edit the question text only. WARNING: Be very careful when changing the text of a question. You may want to re-state the question to make it easier for the auditor to understand, for example, but if you change the question altogether, the audit results may become meaningless.

ORDER - displays the order in which questions appear in this audit category in Mobile Auditor. Questions appear in the order in which they are created, but if you want to change the order, select the desired position for this question from the drop-down list.

REFERENCE - displays the Reference ID of this question. Each question must have a unique Reference ID. Clicking on the Reference ID takes you to the Choices screen for that question.

QUESTION TEXT - displays the question. Clicking on a question in the list takes you to the Choices screen for that question.

TYPE - displays the type of question. Clicking on a question type takes you to the Choices screen for that question.

VISIBLE* - (This field appears only when Dynamic Question functionality is enabled.) If a question only appears when triggered by an answer to another question, "Triggered" appears in this column. If this question always appears, "Yes" appears in this column.

This field is optional. Contact your RizePoint representative to enable this option.

REQUIRED - indicates that an answer to this question is required.

POLICY - displays a filled policy icon if a policy exists for this question. If no policy exists, an empty policy icon is displayed instead. Click the policy icon to add or edit a question policy.

CHECKBOX - allows you to select or deselect questions.
