Audit Setup

This menu options allows administrators to create and manage audit forms and functions. It contains the following options:

• Audit Forms - create and manage audit forms.
• Audit Types - create and manage audit types.
• Global Combo Boxes - create a library of predefined sets of answer choices.
• Team Audit Status List (optional) - define the various stages of a team audit.
• Audit Status List - ability to edit the approval statuses available with the Audit Maintenance Tool.
• Audit Priority List - create and manage a list of priorities that can be assigned to answer choices.
• Audit Routing Administration (optional) - define rules for determining to which server audit results are uploaded.

PERMISSIONS

Access to the Audit Setup menu options require the SYSTEM SETUP ACCESS permission. In addition to this permission, individual components may require additional permissions. For example, the SYSTEM SETUP ACCESS permission is required to perform Audit Setup functions, such as creating or deleting audit forms, as well as the specific permission, such as AUDIT - CREATE or AUDIT - DELETE. (The SYSTEM SETUP ACCESS permission is equivalent to the MOBILE MANAGER permission in previous versions of RizePoint.)
