The Batch Scheduling functionality only works on client sites that have been upgraded to RizePoint's Responsive Layout (new header and menus) that was released in May 2016. If your site has not been updated to RizePoint's Responsive Layout, please contact your RizePoint representative to have it turned on so that Batch Scheduling can be enabled. |
Batch Scheduling is beneficial for organizations that utilize third party auditors to conduct audits. This feature allows you to schedule an audit during a specified date range at a batch of locations.
A typical use case follows this three-step sequence:
Batch Scheduling allows a user with the appropriate permissions to:
Accept or reject the created schedule.
When the appropriate Batch Scheduling Permissions are enabled, the user will be able to access the Batch Request Audits option from the main menu (Audit > Schedule Audit > Batch Request Audits).

To use Batch Scheduling, you must already have schedules pre-set in Schedule Setup. To set up schedules, see Manage Schedules. |
