Enterprise Intelligence Reports

RizePoint's premier reporting package allows administrators to create custom reports tailored to their specific needs. Reports can include a vast array of information and can be formatted according to exact specifications.
There are several different levels of Enterprise Intelligence reports:
- LEVEL 1 - users with this permission level have access to all reports in the Shared Reports folder. In addition, they may also subscribe to reports, print reports, export reports to other formats, and send reports to other users.
- LEVEL 2 - In addition to all Level 1 functionality, users with this permission level can also create and save reports. They have full control over the contents, layout, and formatting of all reports they create.
- LEVEL 2 with OLAP (OnLine Analytical Processing). With OLAP functionality, all initial report data is stored in cache, allowing users with this permission to make changes to the report and instantaneously display the results without the need to reload the data and execute the report again. This reporting module also allows all users with Level 1 permission or higher to subscribe to reports. A regional manager, for example, can now configure a management report and have that report run automatically every afternoon at the same time, ready for viewing at his or her convenience.
