Conducting an audit

 

Conducting an audit is designed to be very intuitive in Mobile Auditor. However, in order to conduct audits, there is setup work that needs to be completed in the RizePoint application before Mobile Auditor is fully functional. It is important to verify audit setup is complete and the appropriate Users and Roles have the necessary permissions enabled to conduct an audit.  For more information on Mobile Auditor setup, see Mobile Auditor Setup and Configuration.

Audits can be conducted in an online or offline mode. However, you will need to have Internet access in order to update and download new forms and data, as well as upload completed audits.

To ensure that the logged-in user has the most recent data associated to that user (i.e. the most updated forms, associations to locations and question priorities, etc.), always click CONNECT, then UPDATE prior to conducting an audit.
