Role Profile

The Role Profile contains all of the information about the user. Click on any tab on the left to view or edit the details of that tab. The Role Profile contains the following tabs:

The specific tabs available to you may vary, depending on the permissions granted to you.

• GENERAL INFO - Displays general information about this role: the name, description, home page assigned to users in this role, and whether or not the role is currently active.
• MANAGEMENT - Displays the management records associated with this role.
• LOCATIONS - Displays a list of locations to which users assigned to this role have access.
• USERS - Displays a list of users assigned to this role.
• MANAGED USERS - Displays a list of other users managed by users assigned to this role.
• PERMISSIONS - Displays all permissions granted to this users with this role assignment.
• AUDIT TYPES - Displays a list of audit types available to users in this role.
• AUDIT FORMS - Displays a list of audit forms to which users with this role assignment have access.
• LANGUAGES - Displays the languages available to this users in this role.
• SCHEDULES - Displays a list of schedules available to users in this role.
• CHANGE HISTORY - Displays a list of all changes made to this Role Profile.
