** Please Note:

With this release there will be a software update to ensure continued efficiencies of our operating systems. For planning purposes, the schedule is as follows for staging and production releases:

• Staging sites: Updates will occur between July 13 at 12:00 a.m. and July 14 at 11:59 p.m. MDT.
• Production sites:Updates will occur on July 20 between 6 p.m. and 11:59 p.m. MDT.

 

Feature Enhancements:

This month we've made some usability updates that will make the process of navigating to information more clear and easy.

 

• Supplier Quality Management (SQM)

We've enhanced navigation within and around the Supplier, Location and Materials folders. This also will include new views so that you can quickly filter to view each category.

 

• Mobile Auditor (MA)

Mobile Auditor page labels are now included on all the Guide Me pages, so you will know exactly where you are at in the process of an audit creation. These labels can also be customized to your preferred terms.

Feature Enhancements:

This release will include an exciting enhancement to Corrective Action Management allowing for greater customized requirements. Thresholds in the rule can be set to automatically require action plans based off an audit's result rating.

Additionally, we have completed a functionality that will allow users to add audit images to any Microstrategy report as well as dashboards. This will provide clarity for both the user and the location manager when corrective action is needed.

 

Mobile Auditor (MA) Upgrade:

Also in this release, users will now have the ability to search for audits, using user defined fields (UDFs) as well as location details, to help identify audit locations within the system. Users will be able to choose from preferred search criteria via a drop down list in the user interface, which will provide information you need quickly.

 

Bug Fixes:

The following issues or bugs have been fixed in this month's release:

• When the return option is used after an assessment has been processed, user is returned to the home page. (9840)

• CAM plans unable to export if no images in the audit. (10508)

• Parent categories that have been duplicated can be deleted. (10792, 10797)

Supplier Quality Management (SQM):

Our Supplier Quality Management solution will get a new update this release! This includes functionality that will better allow users to view and manage supplier relationships. There are new folder structures to help gain visibility into supplier and vendor relationships as well as into each location and material.

 

Mobile Auditor (MA) Upgrade:

Auditors using MA will now save even more time post-audit with faster generation of preliminary audit results that can be quickly printed or emailed. Auditors can review results immediately with on-site managers in order to increase accuracy of each audit or inspection and to encourage corrective action to begin before final audit report is generated.

The following issues or bugs have been fixed in this month's release:

• When attaching an image on a question, after using a predefined answer, question no longer looks answered . (10235)

• After clicking "Save and Return" on an audit form, the original priority of the question changes to "None". (10308)

• Administrative users can now request documentation from suppliers using any e-mail address. This will assist in completing initial qualifications, onboarding or yearly renewal more quickly and efficiently.

• Administrative users now have the ability to quickly access, view and edit documents from any supplier.

• New drag and drop functionality for single or multiple documents available for both Supplier and Administrative users.

New -  Easy Supplier Qualification and Material Approvals

This release will include new functionality that improves the administrative experience with supplier qualifications and material approval process.

This includes:

• Intuitive functionality to improve onboarding, supplier renewal and supplier facilities.

• Able to have a single area for information, for supplier documents and statuses.

• Ability to track suppliers, supplier facility and material statuses through simple views and folding structures.

• Easy status views of supplier compliance and upcoming expiration dates.

 

Feature Enhancement:

In Form Builder, when a user deletes a form, they will now be prompted to confirm the deletion.  Additionally, the user will receive a notification displayed at the bottom of the screen, confirming a successful deletion.

This enhancement includes functionality that will add increased simplicity to suppliers in the onboarding process, allowing Administrative users an easier way to manage supplier task assignments.

Some of these features include:

• Suppliers will see simplified task lists as well as notifications when each task has been completed to help alleviate duplicate or missed submissions.

• Tasks can be searched and filtered easily, enabling Administrative users and managers the ability to quickly find what they are looking for, regardless of how many suppliers or materials they manage.

• Upcoming supplier tasks will show no more than 30 days before they are due, giving Administrative users the opportunity to gather information in a more timely manner.

• Predefined answers on a radio button within a form only displaying partial text hiding More Options menu.  (9530)

• Mobile Auditor Tile Summary not incorporating custom calculator scores. (9496)

Features:

• As a feature improvement, Mobile Auditor will now apply the pre-configured answer for all questions that have a default set, even when another question is triggered.

• A Delete All option has been added into Mobile Auditor settings to allow an end-user the ability to remove completed audits on their device for easier management.

• Auditors, using the mobile application, will now have the option to complete and  upload an audit on a form that has not been completed , before the form goes inactive, into validation within the management console.

RizePoint Supplier Quality Management - New Supplier Experience

The supplier quality management solution at RizePoint aims to help you qualify your suppliers by ensuring you have the information about their products, materials and locations in your system. We are excited to introduce a new supplier experience as part of the supplier quality management solution. This experience will make it easier for your suppliers to submit all necessary requirements, documents, forms, and/or certificates on time, all on one simple page!

 

What does New Supplier Experience Look Like?

Let's take a tour of the updated supplier experience from the supplier's point of view!

 

• Login to RizePoint using your username and password.

• Locate the "Program Compliance" widget on the left of your screen.

 

Note: If you do not see the "Program Compliance" widget, please contact your admin to add it.

 

• Within the "Program Compliance" widget, you will see the list of your "Overdue/Upcoming Tasks", including an option to "Go to All Assigned Tasks".

• From here you can click on any of the overdue or upcoming tasks individually, or you can click "Go to ALL Assigned Tasks" to get an overview of what tasks you need to complete. This view is called "My Work".

 

 

 

• "My Work" shows all items, that you are required to complete, for each of your locations. These items can be sorted by Due Date, Status, Location Name or Activity Name.

 

 

• Next, click on the task you wish to complete. This will take you to an overview page that shows you what you will need, to complete the individual task. (i.e. audits, certificates, documents, forms, etc.)

• Once you are ready to continue, click on the "Get Started" button in the bottom right of your screen.

• On this page, you will submit everything required to complete the task. These items can include, answering questions, adding a file using the document upload or setting an expiration date to match an uploaded document.

• Once all components of the task have been completed, click on the "Complete" button in the bottom left of your screen.

 

Note: You will not be able to submit the task as completed until all questions are answered and uploads are complete.

 

• Once a task has been submitted, it will no longer show up on your "My Work" task list. Your admin will be notified to review your submission and you will receive email notifications of any status updates.

• Translated forms imported with the incremental form import tool were not updating the appropriate language tables. (9113)

• When viewing scheduled audits in MA, the sort order was not identified. Sort order has been updated to be based on scheduled start date across all platforms. (9387)

• Intermittent delay reported with page loading when answering audit questions. (9299)

 

New Mobile Auditor Features and Functionality

 

Functionality:

• Mobile Auditor will now reflect the RizePoint Spark Logo updated from the RizePoint Logo.

• Improvements have been made to the GPS function in Mobile Auditor with the process of gathering data on the user's location and improved error messaging to assist the user in determining when to enable location services.

• Changes have been made to the Reset All button to now be an Application Logout button.

• To achieve faster application load time and user performance, changes have been made to improve how Mobile Auditor loads and manages audits on a device.

 

Features:

• Administrative users will now have the ability to create a set of "Global Comments" that will allow an auditor to choose from a list of prewritten comments that are associated with each form.

• Feature enhancements shave been made to the Multisite Connect mobile auditor application configuration, to allow users the ability to connect to multiple instances when enabled. When configuration is not enabled, user will be limited to viewing one instance.

Bug Fixes:

The following issues or bugs have been fixed in this month's release:

• During the audit process, when using a Surface Pro 2 or Surface Pro 3, the scroll down feature on the page stopped working. (7621)

• For a calculated question type, pre configured calculation field was not working as expected. (8482)

• Audit Type list displayed no information when using Batch Schedule feature. (8571)

• Management Report timing out prior to report completion. (8730)

• Error received when using Result Maintenance Tool due to character limit being exceeded. (8601)

• Custom calculator not working with web based auditor. (8062)

 

Mobile Auditor Bug Fixes:

• When using Mobile Auditor, user received error when uploading audit with images. (8381, 8449, 8470)

• In Mobile Auditor, when drawing on a deficiency, entire picture was moving preventing user from marking edits. (8375)

 

 

RizePoint Mobile Auditor Has A New Application!

RizePoint Mobile Application has a fresh new look and a new app to go with it! In addition, Rizepoint MA has two new features.

With these exciting new changes, you will need to load a new app through your app store. You will still be able to complete all audits in the old application, but any new audits will use the new application.  

The new application can be found in the app store and it's ready for download!

 

 

 

Although we've created a new application, all of the existing functionality, the layout, and the user experience that RizePoint users are used to, hasn't changed at all! The new application has new colors, icons and fonts, all designed to improve the usability of the RizePoint Mobile Auditor.

 

       

 

  

   

 

Application Configuration for Multi Audit Toggle Feature:

This feature enhancement allows an Administrative user the ability to set an application configuration to limit the Multi Audit Toggle feature to specific groups of auditors.

 

To set the new Multi-Audit Toggle configuration you will need to do the following:

• From the Home screen, you will need to choose the "System" menu at the top of the screen.

• Then choose the submenu  "System Setup" and then "Mobile Auditor Configuration".

 

 

• This will take you to the "Mobile Auditor Configurations" Page

• Select the hyperlink for the desired Configuration Profile that you would like to configure this feature for.

• Once in the desired Configuration Profile, locate the configuration name, "Boolean for: Enable Multi Toggle Audits".

• Use the pencil icon to open editing for this configuration and put a check mark in the box under the "Setting" header.

• To save this configuration click on the check mark to the left of the configuration name.

• Note: By placing a check mark in this box, you are enabling this function. To disable the function, you will need to remove the check mark from the box. By default, the toggle configuration will be enabled for all Configuration Profiles. This feature requires RizePoint to also enable a database option.

  

 

Schedule Days Configuration Feature:

This new feature allows Administrative users the ability to restrict the schedules an Auditor can view based on a pre configured number of days.

 

To set the new feature you will need to do the following:

• From the Home screen, you will need to choose the "System" menu at the top of the screen.

• Then choose the submenu  "System Setup" and then "Mobile Auditor Configuration".

 

 

• This will take you to the "Mobile Auditor Configurations" page.

• Select the hyperlink for the desired Configuration Profile that you would like to configure this feature for.

 

• On the left hand side of the page select the "Labels" tab.

• Use the filter option and type in the word, Range. This will return two results.

• Choose the option that says, "Value for: Schedule Range Days".

• Use the pencil icon to open editing for this configuration.

 

• To set the configuration, enter the number of days in the field under "Setting" for the schedules to display in Mobile Auditor.

• Note: This number calculation will include the current day. For example, if I want my auditor to see audits for the next 7 days, I will put the number 7 in this field. This will allow my auditor to see schedules for today and for the next 6 days.

• To save this configuration, click on the check mark to the left of the configuration name.

Forgot Password: In an effort to make password resets seamless and easy for all Rizepoint users, the following enhancements have been made.

• New sleek Forgot Password page that no longer requires the user to enter in a username or security questions.

• New reset password page that is easy to use and requires no Admin intervention.

 

 

** Note ** In order for a user to successfully reset their password without Admin assistance, the following two requirements must be met.  

• User must have a valid email address assigned to their user profile.

• Emaill address must be unique to the user and unassigned to any other user.

• Auto-save feature has been updated to be "activity-based", allowing for better performance while working on Forms.

RizePoint Reporting: In an effort to provide our Users with the best reporting experience, the following enhancements have been made to the Reporting Tools.

• NEW Reports option in the Reports Menu

• Create: Users will see  all objects that can be created including Dashboards, Documents, and Reports

• Recently Viewed: Easily access recently viewed reports, and see an instant report preview using mouse-over

• Chart Type:  Customize reports with new Chart Types including Waterfall, Histogram, and Box Plots

• Maps: Easy zoom. selection. and data labels. Tabular reports include conditional formatting and cell-level linking and notification

• PDF Export: Longer report pagination. page widths on wider reports. and chart-rendering

February 2018 Feature Pack

The February 2018 Feature Release introduces RizePoint Users to the NEW Form Builder tools. This new feature set is available to all RizePoint users. In addition to a slick and easy way to build your forms, we've added a Form Library where you will be able to access the forms that you've created as well as create new forms.

These release notes are designed to give you an introduction to the new Form Builder. Detailed instructions for using Form Builder can be found on the RizePoint Help Site

Let's get started!

To access Form Library and Form Builder, click on Activities/Audits on the Menu Bar. Then, on the Activities/Audits drop-down, click Forms.

 

The Form Library opens:

 

From the Form Library, you will be able to:

• Create a new form using Form Builder
• Delete a form (coming soon!)
• View form status (Draft: in progress, Published: Added to the Legacy system for additional editing, configuration, and Deployment)
• Search forms (coming soon!)

NOTE: Administrators will see ALL forms

Accessing Form Builder

From the Form Library, click New Form

 

Form Builder opens

 

In Form Builder, you will be able to:

• Name your form
• Add/Create Sections (formerly Audit Categories)
• Add/Create Questions and Question Settings
• Configure Predefined Comments, Notifications, and Policies
• Publish a completed form to the Legacy system

NOTE! Forms are auto-saved  as a Draft during the form building process! We took care of it so you don't have to worry about losing all your hard work!

Building a New Form

Creating a new form is now easier than ever with the new Form Builder. Designed for an intuitive user experience, Form Builder combines features from the Legacy system with a sleek new user interface that will have you creating forms in half the time! You're welcome!

Once you've clicked New Form from the Form Library, you're ready to get started.

To Build a New Form:

1. Give your form a name.
2. Next, name your first Section (formerly Audit Categories).
3. Add your Questions. The Question Types are:
1. Radio
2. Drop List
3. Text
4. Combo Box
5. Spinner
6. Temperture
7. Date
8. Time
9. Divider
10. Numeric
4. Configure questions: Compliant/Non-compliant, critical, signature required, notes)
5. Add Predefine Comments, Notifications and/or Policies
6. Continue adding Sections and Questions as required by your audit.
7. Publish

NOTE! You can X out of your form at any time to create and save a Draft version of the form. The draft will be saved in the Form Library.

And... that's it! Pretty cool, huh? We hope you are as excited as we are about the new Form Builder! We've had a good run with the Legacy system (Hello! It's been around since 2000!), but we think it's time to move forward.

The notes below inform our customers about general bug fixes and updates to the application, iOS certifications and supported technology. Contact your RizePoint Customer Service Representative if you have questions about the items in this month’s release notes.

Bug Fixes: The following issues or bugs have been addressed in this month’s release:

January 2018 Service Pack

·         Deleted Management Records still display in User Profile (7423)

o   Issue: User-made changes in Management were not updating user records correctly. If a user deleted is deleted in Management, the user-recored would continue to display in the “Pick List” to be selected.

o   Resolution: Updated code so deleted Management records are reflected correctly in the User/Management record and deleted in the will no longer be available for selection in the user record.

·         “Export corrective action plan” fail (7258)

o   Issue: When attempting to export “Plans and Details to PDF” for a Corrective Action Plan, an error message is received. This does not affect all exports or corrective action plans.

o   Resolution: Identified issue causing the export failure and corrected problem. All exports should work successfully.

·         Waiver Expiration Notifications are not being sent to recipients (6796)

o   Issue: User-created template to send notifications is not sending the expected notifications, no record of notifications can be found in log.

o   Resolution: Updated system to ensure that notifications are sent to the correct contact requesting the notification.

·         Corrective Action Management Plan items would not cancel (7229)

o   Issue: User attempted to cancel Corrective Action Plans, however was unable to do so.

o   Resolution: The root cause was identified and fixed, and a script was run to delete the records.

·         User cannot upload form to Mobile Auditor Error 404: Result not saved (7419)

o   Issue: User attempting to upload a form into Mobile Auditor was not successful and received an error message that the result was not saved.

o   Resolution: The root cause was identified and fixed to allow for future successful uploads from Mobile Auditor.

·         Program Compliance – Error when trying to copy a Program (7462)

o   Issue: When making a copy of an existing Program, user receives an error message, Program is not copied successfully.

o   Resolution: The root cause was identified and fixed to ensure user is able to copy a Program successfully.

·         Automated Feedback – Summary missing from results distribution (7461)

o   Issue: Emailed results from a distribution do not include the Summary.

o   Resolution: Identified root cause of duplicate record and update batch checking to ensure email distributions include the appropriate attachments and Summary items.

·         Reporting - Enterprise Intelligence - Standard Performance Dashboard does not return expected result (7324)

o   Issue: User attempts to run report Standard Performance Dashboard. Returned results do not include all expected information.

o   Resolution: The root cause was identified and fixed to ensure that when running report Standard Performance Dashboard that all expected results are included.

·         Notification Log is slow/crashing (7648)

o   Issue: Notification log is slow/sluggish and is crashing

o   Resolution: Optimized log in the database to improve log performance.

·         Unable to open form (7340)

o   Issue: When opening a form, application “hangs” and the form doesn’t open. Happens with multiple forms, but not all forms.

o   Resolution: If a user has location services enabled for Mobile Auditor, but does not have location services enabled on the device, the forms will not open/generate properly. A temporary work-around is to ensure that location services is enabled properly in both Mobile Auditor and on the device.

·         Activity types in recent audit results do not match the real activity type (7265)

o   Issue: Activity-type updates/changes are not being saved in the data warehouse.

o   Resolution: Root cause was identified and fixed to ensure that the data warehouse is updating appropriately to save the correct activity type for audit results.

·         User inactive, location profile says “Active” (7451)

o   Issue: In Manage People, an user is listed as inactive; however, in Locations, the username is listed as Active.

o   Resolution: The root cause was identified and fixed to ensure that the application correctly reflects the appropriate user state, users made “Inactive” in People Management should not be displayed as “Active” in any other part of the application. Ensure that the database is updating user states correctly throughout the entire application.

To maintain the best product performance and reliability, we must also consider the browser software running our application. In January 2016 Microsoft announced they will no longer support Internet Explorer 8, 9 and 10. Mobile Auditor New Features and Updates

• Save to Server – There is now a new Mobile Auditor application configuration that allows administrators to determine whether to enable or disable the Save to Server feature in Mobile Auditor for users.
• GPS Coordinates - Mobile Auditor now provides the capability to capture GPS longitude and latitude coordinates based on the location being audited and when/where the questions were answered.  Location services must be enabled on the device and application to capture these details.  The GPS coordinates can be seen after uploading the audit on the feedback report selection screen in the GPS log.
• Single Sign On - Mobile Auditor has been enhanced to provide Single Sign On (SSO) capability to utilize a more seamless and secure way to manager users.  Providing the latest technology, we can work with your team to configure SSO using SAML2 for use with Mobile Auditor.  Contact your RizePoint Account Executive for more information. This feature also introduces new sign on screens when installing the application for the first time or performing a Reset All to the application.  The first sign on screen will prompt for the URL of the RizePoint instance you are connecting to.  The second sign on screen will either take you to the credential Single Sign On screen if configured for your instance, or to the RizePoint credential sign on screen if Single Sign On is not configured for your instance.
• Multi-Audit Toggle - Now you can toggle between multiple audits for a single location to increase auditor efficiency.  When conducting multiple audits at a location, you can open and toggle between them to answer questions and review progress.  The auditor can complete all audits at the location to sign once, or complete each as needed to sign individually.

Application Updates

• Devoted to helping gather data better, RizePoint has enhanced Mobile Auditor's temperature gathering algorithm using Bluetooth® thermocouple devices. Balancing speed vs. accuracy is important when it comes to temperature readings. Using insight from industry vendors, taking a temperature with a thermocouple device has been further refined as of the August 2017 release.  If the temperature change is less than .3° from one reading to the next, Mobile Auditor will now lock in as a stable temperature, logging the second reading.  This update will greatly increase the speed of gathering temperatures using a Bluetooth thermocouple device.
  
  To secure an accurate reading, RizePoint recommends probing the object for several seconds before clicking the READ button in the Mobile Auditor application. Please consult with your users for what is appropriate in your environment. Application Updates

• An update to the Audit Maintenance Tool has been made. If you change the Account ID (Location ID) in the Audit Maintenance Tool (AMT), the change will now carry through to items that are in Corrective Action Management (CAM). This applies only to Location ID changes within the AMT. For example, if you change an answer from "Compliant" to "Non-compliant" in the AMT, that change will NOT carry through to CAM.
• A new field called AccountReference has been introduced in the July 2017 release for clients who import and export datasets. This is to support future development that is underway. For importing purposes, the value of AccountReference field should be the same as the value for AccountID field.
  
  As a best practice, we suggest exporting the file first to assure you always have the most updated template of fields. NOTE: When you perform the export, AccountReference currently = Account ID.

New Features and Functionality

• Search-Driven Analytics - Search-Driven Analytics (SDA), RizePoint's business intelligence custom reporting feature, has been developed to enable a RizePoint customer administrative user to build custom reports for stakeholders, create shared reporting, research ad hoc analysis scenarios and analyze the results with ease.  Creators use keyword searches with the similar look and feel of browsing the internet wherein you type in your search criteria and view the results instantly. Search results can be created in the visualization style that best illustrates the results applicable to the end user. Select the visualization, then assign it to designated Roles or Users on their assigned Active Home Page.
  
  Search-Driven Analytics allows a user to illustrate audit data by creating many visualization types including but not limited to line graphs, stacked columns, geo heatmaps, bubble charts, pivot tables, funnel graphs and many more. • Location Management Dashboard - The landing page of the Location Management Dashboard has been updated with a map displaying locations assigned to the logged-in user. • a "Location" filter allowing a user to specify one or more locations to view non-compliant items

• functionality to compare non-compliant items across audits at a specific location over time

Bug Fixes

The following issues or bugs have been fixed in this month's release:

• Audit results were missing the scores. (6158)

• Plan Details and Action Items were not displaying when a user selected a CAM plan to approve or disapprove. (6281)

• An error message displayed after a feedback report partially loaded. (6284)

• An error message displayed when users tried to access a feedback report. (6282, 6285)

• The column width of CAM Action Plans exported to Excel was too narrow. It has been expanded. (5004)

• Emails that contained automated feedback reports had extraneous content that has now been removed. (6034)

• Export of data from a large number of locations was showing an error or timing out before the export was completed. (6148)

• Changing the location ID via the Audit Maintenance Tool (AMT) works as expected. (6202)

• Question-level notes were not displaying consistently. (6314)

• Automated email notifications for Corrective Action Management (CAM) plans of user-deleted audits were being sent; however, the replacement tags in the template were not populated because the audit had been deleted. As of the June 2017 release, automated email notifications for CAM plans will not be sent when the associated audit result has been deleted. (6337)

• Users accessing the application with the IE 11 browser did not have a scroll bar on the Rule Details pane within Corrective Action Management (CAM). The scroll bar is now available. (6345)

• The Aggregate Report Category scoring process was counting all questions whether or not they contained a Report Category. The error has been corrected. (5499)

• Audit questions that had previously been answered did not display as having been answered. (6347, 6398)

Mobile Auditor Bug Fixes

The following issues or bugs have been fixed in this month's release:

• Locations lacking assignment of a contact that also had the "Boolean for: Update Primary Contact" configuration enabled could not submit audits. (6159)

• Pre-defined comments that were configured in the form to display for questions marked "non-compliant" were not displaying consistently during an audit. (6178)

• An audit form's parent category showed all answers had been completed even though questions in a sub-category had not yet been answered. (6266)

• The camera in the Apple iOS application continues to have a memory bug that causes a white screen to display on the device while capturing and uploading photos in Mobile Auditor. While RizePoint is unable to fix the root problem in the iOS, we are committed to continue to try to optimize our iOS Mobile Auditor application to lessen the impact for our users. While users may still experience the white screen until Apple is able to correct the defect, RizePoint has enhanced the Mobile Auditor auto-save feature to save audits once each minute. Should you experience a white screen, close the application, then re-open it. Answers that have been recorded prior to the most recent auto-save will be retrieved, and you can continue with the audit. (6324)

• RizePoint certifies all functionality of its software for 360 Mobile Auditor (360 MA) using the following iOS platforms: iOS 10.0.1, 10.0.2, 10.1.0 and 10.1.1.
  

  For RizePoint clients still using 360 Mobile Auditor (360 MA,) RizePoint support is excluded for the Android Operating System beyond Android 6.0.1 and iOS beyond 10.1.1.   Because RizePoint does not support 360 MA beyond Android 6.0.1 and iOS 10.1.1, 360 MA users should not update their operating systems beyond these versions.  For more information, see Explanation of Supported Technology.

Mobile Auditor New Functionality

• New functionality has been added for users taking wireless temperature readings with Android or iOS devices. Mobile Auditor now has a visual indicator that displays the current temperature reading in real time as it is being detected by the temperature probe. When the temperature stabilizes, the final temperature will display and lock into the answer field for the question that required a temperature reading. For a detailed description of this functionality, see Wireless Temperature Readings.
• In addition to Mobile Auditor's Standard Report, RizePoint clients can now have a custom report built to display in Mobile Auditor. As shown below, a custom report will display in a drop-down menu when you access REPORTS from within Mobile Auditor.

Mobile Auditor Best Practices

• When you transition from 360MA to RizePoint's new Mobile Auditor, you must define the following setup and configuration options:  Audit Form Configuration, Mobile Auditor Configurations, Mobile Auditor Labels and Mobile Auditor Prompts.  For specific instructions on moving from 360MA to Mobile Auditor, refer to Transitioning from 360MA to Mobile Auditor in the Online Help guide.
• To ensure that the logged-in user has the most recent data associated to that user (i.e. the most updated forms, associations to locations and question priorities, etc.), always click CONNECT, then UPDATE prior to conducting an audit.

February is a full feature pack release. With this release, there are several new features we are rolling out to all customers. Some of these features will require some set up and others are available for immediate use.

New Features and Functionality

• Active Home Page Video Widget - An Active Home Page Video widget is immediately available and enables RizePoint administrative users to add a URL-based video link to an Active Home Page. To view the widget from an end user's perspective, see Video Widget. • Active Home Page Recent Audit Results Widget - A checkbox toggle has been added to the Recent Audit Results widget that allows an end user to view the number of critical non-compliances vs. all non-compliances.  When unchecked, the total number of non-compliant results will display. • Copy an Active Home Page - Functionality has been added giving administrators the ability to copy an Active Home Page, then edit it as you would all Active Home Pages. • Change Log for Corrective Action Management (CAM) Action Items - A CHANGE LOG button for Corrective Action Management (CAM) Action Items has been added to the Plan Details page.  This functionality enables you to view the history of changes that have been made to Action Items associated with an Action Plan. When you select the CHANGE LOG button, a popup box will display the date the Action Item was created or modified, the username of the person who made changes, the action taken, the field to which the edits were made, the original information in the field and the new changes. • Identification of Independent Action Plan (IAP) Creator - When a user creates an Independent Action Plan (IAP), the USERNAME column of the Corrective Action Plan Status Log now captures the username of that person.  The DATE column in the same grid displays the date that the IAP was modified. • Attach an Image or File to an Independent Action Plan (IAP) - Functionality is immediately available enabling the attachment of a file or image to a CAM Independent Action Plan (IAP). • Ratings Management Dashboard - A new Ratings Management Dashboard has been created for RizePoint clients who use ratings. The dashboard can be filtered to display ratings by Management or Category. • Audit Result Approval 2.0 - For audits that require a multi-level audit result approver process, two updates to Audit Result Approval 2.0 have been added:
• A new, separate permission—DELETE AUDIT RESULTS—provides improved administrative control for deleting audits from the Audit Approval queue. For a complete list of permissions required for this feature, see Audit Result Approval 2.0 Permissions.
• An ADD RECIPIENT button and an accompanying drop-down menu are available to give users the ability to designate a specific recipient type for audits in status Approved, Disapproved, or Pending Approval. • Program Compliance - All files uploaded for a Program Compliance task are now visible and accessible from the Location profile. The application will place the file in the PROGRAMS tab and it will also copy that attachment to be accessible from the ATTACHED FILES tab. • RizePoint API for Roles - An additional Application Program Interface (API) for Roles is available for immediate use. APIs give you the ability to upload and synchronize your information with the database in the RizePoint system. This allows you to be in complete control of the updates and synchronization. It is important to note that when a user logs in to the RizePoint API, it will provide that user with "super user" status. That means it will not consider Roles, Users or other forms of permissions when granting access. Contact your RizePoint representative for more information. See RizePoint Application Program Interface (API).
  
  

• Responsive Layout - Most RizePoint clients have already received the new header and menus within their RizePoint application. However, the remainder of RizePoint clients received the updated responsive layout with this release. The new header and menus are available for your immediate use. The location of the features within the menu, and menu label configurations you have already made will remain intact with this change. What may slightly change are the options available within the black RizePoint header along the top. From this header, you will be able to access options like: Support, User Guide, Sign Out, Language Selection, System Information, Site Editor, and the Content Editor. The menus now use a new responsive layout that changes based on the screen size you are using. For example, if you are using a Microsoft Surface Pro running in tablet mode, your header will adjust to use a hamburger-style menu that saves screen real estate. • HTML Formatting - HTML formatting tags that have been configured in question text, answer text and pre-defined comments will not display in feedback reports, EI reports, Management Dashboards, CAM grids and reports or in the CAM Widget.
  

• Forgot Username and Password Message - If a person who is not a user in the system clicks FORGOT USERNAME AND PASSWORD, the forgot login information screen displays alerting the user to watch for an email from the system administrator within two (2) hours. See Forgot Username or Password.
  

• Sign Out Extended - For RizePoint clients with Single Sign-On (SSO), we have extended the Sign Out option to their users who sign in through the RizePoint sign-in page. Users who login through their SSO will continue to close the browser window as opposed to using a RizePoint sign-out option.

• Upload an Incomplete Audit and Save to Server - Functionality is immediately available that allows a user to upload an incomplete audit to the web. When you use the CLOSE option from the Mobile Auditor home screen menu, two (2) new options for saving incomplete audits to the server are now available: Save to Server and Save and Share. When saved to the server, the audit can be accessible only by the person who conducted the audit (Save to Server), or it can be shared with all roles or users who have been assigned to that audit (Save and Share). • Mobile Auditor Integration with Bluetooth Thermocouple Instrument - New functionality pairs Mobile Auditor with the CooperAtkins® Blue2 Thermocouple Instrument allowing you to take temperature readings and transmit them via Bluetooth technology to Mobile Auditor. October 2016 Full Feature Pack

New Features, Functionality and Updates

October is a full feature pack release. With this release, there are several new and exciting features we are rolling out to all customers. Some of these features will require some set up and others are available for immediate use.

• Active Home Page - RizePoint administrative users now have the ability to create a customized Active Home Page dashboard for Roles and/or Users within their organization. The dashboard components—called widgets—can be selected, then configured to one of five different layout options. Each widget provides critical audit result data, links or at-a-glance metrics.  Additionally, the new dashboard can be assigned to be the home page for that Role or User.  To learn more about customizing the home page for roles and users, see Active Home Page. To see the information available on each Active Home Page widget, see Navigating through the Active Home Page Widgets.

• Batch Scheduling Audits - RizePoint functionality now includes a feature that allows you to schedule an audit during a specified date range at a batch of locations. This is beneficial for organizations that utilize third party auditors for conducting audits. The Batch Scheduling functionality requires customer sites to be updated to RizePoint's Responsive Layout.  Contact your RizePoint representative to have this functionality enabled. • Corrective Action Management (CAM) Clear Filters Tab - A CLEAR ALL FILTERS tab has been added to the CAM grid. Selecting this tab will clear any filters that have been previously set and will display a grid list of all Corrective Action Plans in status Incomplete. Clicking the CLEAR ALL FILTERS tab will yield the same list of Corrective Action Plan items as when you select ACTION PLANS > PLANS from the main menu. See Using the CLEAR ALL FILTERS tab.

• Corrective Action Management (CAM) question column updated for PDF exports - The width of the question column in a CAM PDF export is now the same as that specified in the CAM grid.  

• RizePoint API - An Application Program Interface (API) is now available for RizePoint clients. It is important to note that when a user logs in to the RizePoint API, it will provide that user with "super user" status. That means it will not consider Roles, Users or other forms of permissions when granting access.
  
  The API framework for this release will be delivered with three (3) APIs for use immediately. There will be more APIs coming in future releases. The three APIs contained in this release are: Management, Account, and Users. These APIs give you the ability to upload and synchronize your information with the database in the RizePoint system. This allows you to be in complete control of the updates and synchronization. Contact your RizePoint representative for more information.

• Management Dashboards - Three new dashboards have been added—CAM Plan and Approval, Scoring for Report Category, and Location. Based on customer feedback, we have also updated the Auditor Dashboard. This new version provides you with added information in a more visually appealing format. If you have existing Auditor dashboards using the older (legacy) format, these will still be accessible. However, if you create a new Auditor dashboard, it will use the updated template. Documentation for the Location Management Dashboard is under construction and will be available soon. Refer to these Release Notes for updates.

The following general bug fixes are included in the October deployment.  We continually correct various other back end bugs to ensure peak performance and efficiency.

• Data is now being filtered correctly for the ID field on the Management Types tab in the System Setup. (3974)

• The email field is now accessible on the Locations tab. (4594)

RizePoint Mobile Auditor Feature Updates

New and Enhanced Features

• Mobile Auditor Rich Text Editor - A rich text editor has been added to the Mobile Auditor Comments field. Available for immediate use, this editor allows you to bold, italicize and underline text, and create numbered or bullet-point lists.
  
  
  

 

• Mobile Auditor Video and File Attachments - RizePoint's Mobile Auditor now has functionality enabling you to attach and upload audit-related videos, images and non-image files to an audit. On Android devices, you can capture up to five (5) seconds or ten (10) MB of video (whichever limit is met first). On an iOS device, you can capture up to five (5) seconds of video.

  Because this new functionality requires careful planning for storage projections, you will need to contact your RizePoint Client Account Executive to enable this functionality.  See Mobile Auditor Video Attachments. See also Mobile Auditor File Attachments.
  

  If you opt to have the video attachment functionality enabled, keep in mind that the default video resolution setting on many of today's devices is very high (often it is full HD or even 4K). For this reason, RizePoint recommends that you lower the image and video resolution settings on your device for capturing audit-related images and videos.  Doing so will increase the length of video you can capture (up to the size or limits stated above) and will keep audit result upload times to a minimum. Resolution settings are configurable on each device and must be set by the device owner. RizePoint does not change resolution settings on individual devices.

 

• Mobile Auditor Image Editing - New functionality has been added to Mobile Auditor enabling you to annotate an audit-related image.
  
  
  After an image has been attached to the note, you can:

• Add text to the image by entering text, then selecting the add icon.
  
  

• Use the drawing tool to highlight something in the image.
  
  

• Use the directional arrow tool to select, move or rotate an annotation within the image.
  
  
  

• When using a device with a smaller screen, use the arrows to move the image left to right enabling you to see the entire image.
  
  
  

• Change the annotation color with the eyedropper tool.
  
  

• Delete an annotation with the delete (trash can) icon.
  
  
  
  

To enable this functionality, click the configuration option "Boolean for: Enable Image Annotate." See Mobile Auditor Configuration Options. It is also possible to customize the width of an image as it displays in Mobile Auditor. This is useful for devices that have smaller or larger screens. See Mobile Auditor Image Width Editing.  

If you attach images, keep in mind that default resolution settings on many of today's devices is very high. For this reason, RizePoint recommends that you lower the image resolution settings on your device.  Doing so will minimize audit result upload times. Resolution settings are configurable on each device and must be set by the device owner. RizePoint does not change resolution settings on individual devices.

 

Once you have annotated an image and clicked SAVE, the image file is flattened. This means that the annotations become part of the image. You can reopen the image and add more annotations, but you cannot change any previous annotations.

 

• Mobile Auditor Reopen an Audit - Functionality is immediately available in Mobile Auditor allowing you to reopen audits that are in status Ready to Upload.

1. Click the tile for the activity that you want to reopen. A reopen dialog box will display.
   
   

2. Click the REOPEN button in the bottom right corner of the dialog box. A verification dialog box will display after you click the REOPEN button.
   
   

3. Click YES to reopen the activity. Click NO to cancel the action.
   
   
   

   Clicking YES will remove final signatures and set the audit result back to In Progress status.

4. After you have reopened the audit, you can make any necessary edits. When all of the questions have been answered, you will be asked if you want to complete the activity. Click YES to complete it. Click NO to return to the activity.
   
   

5. If signatures are required for this activity, the signature dialog box will display.  You will need to obtain the required signatures again before the activity can be approved.
   
   

6. After the activity has been approved, it will be set back to Ready to Upload status.

• Mobile Auditor Additional Filters for Standard Report - Additional filters have been added to the Standard Report allowing you to display or hide the overall audit points, audit score (the percentage) and rating. These filters give you more control over what displays in the Standard Report.
  
  

1. Open a completed audit activity and select VIEW REPORTS.
   
   
   

2. Click the gear icon in the top right corner to display the filter options.
   
   

3. View the Activity Report on the right side of the report. If you have checked the box for all three filters to be enabled, you will see the points scored out of the total possible, the percentage, and the rating as shown below.
   
   

4. To enable or disable the filters, return to the filter settings (Step 2 above) and set the checkboxes to display only the results you want to be visible. See also View and Print an Audit Report.

Mobile Auditor Bug Fixes

• The Start Date information on the Complete screen in Mobile Auditor now displays the date information correctly. (4456)

They only apply when you use the form in Mobile Auditor. Any "Boolean for" site-wide or form configurations will work in Mobile Auditor's web version and offline.  If you make a change to a Mobile Auditor form configuration or a Mobile Auditor site-wide configuration while using the offline version of Mobile Auditor, you will need to connect and update so your new changes will be available.

RizePoint Mobile Auditor 2.0.9 Bug and Feature Updates

Although these changes have been submitted to the respective app stores, you will want to pay close attention to the release version prior to download, as we cannot control the exact day the app stores approve the release. The release version for the listed features and bug inclusions for iOS, Android, and Windows will be version 2.0.9. The Web version will include all of the listed features and bugs on the next quarterly full deployment (October 2016).

May 2016 Full Feature Pack

New Features and Functionality

May is a full feature pack release. With this release, there are several new and exciting features we are rolling out to all customers. Some of these features will require some set up and others are available for immediate use.

• Responsive Layout - you will notice a new header and menus within your RizePoint system. These are available for your immediate use. The location of the features within the menu, and menu label configurations you have previously made, will remain intact with this change. What may slightly change are the options available within the black RizePoint header along the top. From this header, you will be able to access options like, Support, User Guide, Sign Out, Language Selection, System Information, Site Editor, and the Content Editor. The menus now use a new responsive layout that changes based on the screen size you are using. For example, if you are using a Microsoft Surface Pro running in tablet mode, your header will adjust to use a hamburger style menu that saves screen real estate. • Sign In Page - we have upgraded the Sign In page with a new look and feel. But more importantly, we have upgraded and added new security options for the page. • Management Dashboards - the implementation of the Management Dashboards is the first of many new dashboards and data reporting tools to be rolled out to our customers. We have chosen to focus on seven initial dashboards to replace the current Management Reports. Management Dashboards are available for all customers, but have been deployed turned off. If you wish to use the new Management Dashboards, please contact your RizePoint Representative to enable them and verify your account management structure is set up correctly for use with the new dashboards. • RizePoint Branding - the Mobile Auditor interface has been upgraded to reflect the our new RizePoint brand. For more information, see Mobile Auditor Basics.

• Custom Reports - support for custom reports is now available.

  This requires custom work for report creation. If you are interested in using this functionality within Mobile Auditor, please contact your RizePoint Representative.

• Custom Calculators - support for custom calculators is now available.

  This requires custom work for calculator creation. Forms with custom calculators are specific to either 360MA or MA and cannot be used in both apps. If you are interested in using this functionality within Mobile Auditor, please contact your RizePoint Representative.

• Survey Links - support for survey links has been added.

  Surveys are an advanced feature within the RizePoint application. They are auto-triggered through the Automated Feedback functionality or they can be manually sent out through an email message (the message would includes the survey link generated and provided by your RizePoint Representative). We recommend contacting your RizePoint Representative for help with setup and use.

• Program Compliance - support for program compliance has been added.

• Rating Display - the rating now displays in the base report. This is an optionable feature controlled by a user and role permission.

• Audit Result ID - this is a configurable item that allows you to display an audit result ID for saved audits.

• Use Default Form Answers - based on customer feedback, we have modified the Use Default Answers on Form check box to now enabled by default. When the Mobile Auditor Review screen displays, the Use default answers on the form checkbox defaults to marked as shown below.
  
  
  

• Duplicate Subcategories - this version now supports using the Copy function to duplicate categories and subcategories. Categories can be duplicated any time. However, subcategories can only be duplicated if the parent category does not contain any answered questions.

• RizePoint Mobile Auditor Windows version 1.0.13 now allows you to resize the Mobile Auditor window on Windows 10 without crashing the application. (3125)

Mobile Auditor

An all new Mobile Auditor app has been released for iOS, Android, and Windows tablets. This new app is available from the respective device app stores (Apple® App Store, Android Market™ and Microsoft Windows® App Store). • New functionality has been added to Corrective Action Management to allow a user, with the appropriate permissions, to create an Independent Action Plan (IAP). Independent Action plans allow for action plans to be created outside of the audit process. They are designed as a preventative tool for use by multi-unit managers to enable them to address issues along the way without having to wait for a routine audit to identify and correct issues. New Features

• The Advanced Audit Result feature has been modified to allow for searching audit results by specifying part of an audit form name (a “contains” search) so that multiple forms could match the search result rather than selecting a single form. This allows for searching on similarly named audit forms that may, for example, vary by a version designation. This is an optional feature.  For more information on this feature, or to enable it, please contact your RizePoint Customer Service Representative.

• In an Automated Feedback Rule, when constraining the criteria by a question Critical flag, there is now an option to show all critical questions without having to select a specific category. The ability to select by category is still available.  For detailed information on this new functionality, see Searching for critical questions in an automated feedback rule.

• The single permission, “Users / Roles” (ImpUsersRoles) has now been split into additional permissions that separate out the user and role administrative functions. This new functionality allows administrators to assign Users / Roles the ability to have read (view) only access or specific administrative rights.  See Assigning Permissions.

Previously existing permissions:

Users / Roles (ImpUsersRoles) is now named “User / Roles – View”. Users with this permission will have access to System > Manage People > Users and > Roles, but it is view only. They can click and view a profile but that is all.

Important: this permission is required to also be assigned when assigning the new permissions because it is this permission that enables the System > Manage People menus.

User – Delete (ImpUserDel)

This permission enables the “Delete” button to delete one or more users.

New permissions:

User – Create (UserCreate)

This permission enables the “New” button to create a new user. Note that users with this permission can also edit users (e.g., the one just created) with the existing Edit and Change Username/Password buttons.

 

User – Modify (UserModify)

With this permission, only the Edit button and the Change Username/Password buttons are available.

 

Role – Create (RoleCreate)

This permission enables the “New” button to create a new role. Note that users with this permission can also edit roles (e.g., the one just created) with the Edit button.

 

Role – Modify (RoleModify)

With this permission, only the Edit button is available.

 

Role – Delete (RoleDelete)

This permission enables the “Delete” button to delete one or more roles.

If the Managed Users or Managed Roles tabs are available, the user will only be able to view, edit, or delete those users and roles that are assigned to them.

When this new set of permissions is deployed to a client site with the service pack, a one-time script will be run that will assign the five new permissions to all users and roles who currently have the “Users / Roles” permission in order to maintain backward compatibility. Administrators will need to remove the new permissions from those users or roles, as needed.

Online Help Modifications

Waiver Notifications is an optional feature within the RizePoint system.  Waiver notifications are designed to send an automatic email notification, from a queue, to approvers assigned to a specific role for each level of approval/decline. When all approval levels have been completed, the system sends an approve, or a decline, notification to the requester and primary contact. The Waiver Email Notifications help topic has been modified to add a troubleshooting section. See Troubleshooting Email Notifications.

• For audit categories with a long set of questions, a new feature has been created to allow a specified number of randomly selected questions to display from that category. Corrective Action Management (CAM)

For RizePoint clients who have the Corrective Action Management (CAM) option enabled, you will see a new SETTINGS tab in the CAM Rules administration.



Options available from the SETTINGS tab enables a users to do the following:

• Manually Select Completion Date
  This option allows a user to manually enter a completion date for an Action Item instead of using the system-assigned date when the Action Item is marked as complete. This option is set on a rule-by-rule basis. In other words, when you set up a new CAM rule, this option can be enabled. Contact your RizePoint Customer Service Representative for details.
• Manually Enter an "Assigned To" Name
  When this option is selected, instead of selecting the name of a person from the Location contacts, a user may type in any name into the "Assigned To" field. IMPORTANT: This field is information-only, and is not associated with any notifications. A user must have the following permissions granted:
  
  Action Plan: Edit Action Item for Incomplete Action Plan
  Action Plan: Edit Action Item for Complete Action Plan
  Contact your RizePoint Customer Service Representative for details.
  
• Edit Due Dates After Approval
  When this option is enabled and a new perimission* assigned, an Action Item due date may be changed after the plan has been through an approval process and approved. Contact your RizePoint Customer Service Representative for details.

• Display Internal Comments
  A new text field is available in an Action Item when can be used for any purpose needed. For example, a user can enter the root cause of a non-compliant audit result. The ability to use view and edit this field is controlled by two new permissions*. Contact your RizePoint Customer Service Representative for details.

NOTE: All of the preceding options can be turned on or off even if a CAM rule is in use.

• When creating and editing a Program Compliance program, and creating and editing tasks within a Program Compliance program, the user may now use simple HTML in the Description and Notes fields.
• A new feature provides for the enhanced ability to import new policies, or export, edit, and re-import existing policies for Waivers.
• A new feature adds Excel, Word, and PDF export buttons to a tab grid which will export all items in the grid, not just the list that is currently showing.
• A new feature has been added that greatly enhances the ability to do deeper, more specific audit result searches. Currently this extended search capability exists only for audit results, but additional advanced searches will likely be added in the future.
• There is a new section on the Waiver Queue configuration page that allows for enabling, or not, notifications for waivers in that queue. Originally, notifications for waivers only had an on-off option. Now, notifications can be enabled on a waiver queue basis.
• Two new features have been added that allow a user to enhance the use of Leave-Behind reports for 360 Mobile Auditor. The first feature creates application configuration options that allow for instant filtering of the basic report by Compliant, Non-compliant, and Informational answer choices, and/or by Critical or Non-Critical answer choices. The second feature is a form configuration which will convert each question row in a Leave-Behind report into a hyperlink that when clicked from the report, will go to that question in the audit.
• A new check box has been added when creating Question Constraints for an automated feedback rule. The check box is for narrowing the question constraint even further, based on whether or not there is a Critical flag set on the choice.

• When updating to latest versions of 360 Mobile Auditor, RizePoint includes three WARNINGS to avoid loss of audit data:

• 1. Do not set your iOS device to receive automatic updates.

  2. If you are in the middle of an audit and receive an advisement to update, close the audit and save it before accepting the new, updated version.
     
     NOTE: The new update does not need to be accepted until the audit is completed and saved.

  3. The recommended practice is to ALWAYS complete your audits in progress and upload them before accepting an update. If that is not possible, then follow instruction number 2 above.

This Service Pack contains the following issue fix and feature enhancements:

When editing audit data in the Audit Maintenance Tool, the "Add Image" icon now displays on the Audit Maintenance Tool (AMT) toolbar.

• PREVIOUS DAYS (INCLUDING TODAY) in Management Report Configuration

New functionality has been added to the Date Range section of the Management Report setup screen. It allows a user to configure the management report to display all audit results uploaded for the previous number of days designated in a numeric text field. For example, if you enter "100" in the field, the management report will display all audit results for the previous 100 days—including the day that you generated the report. 360 Mobile Auditor for Web and Windows

• A new popup mechanism allows administrators to notify auditors of minor changes to an audit form. See 360 Mobile Auditor: Audit Form Changes.

  2. If you are in the middle of an audit and receive an advisement to update, close the audit and save it before accepting the new, updated version. NOTE: The new update does not need to be accepted until the audit is completed and saved.
  3. The recommended practice is to ALWAYS complete your audits in progress and upload them before accepting an update. If that is NOT possible, then follow instruction number 2 above.

Feature Enhancement: Program Compliance Certification

Enhancements and adjustments have been made to the new Program Compliance Certification Task. Additional validation is now in place regarding the need for audit forms and audit types, and it has been made more convenient for saving required information to complete the task. New Feature: Expanded Automated Feedback Recipient Types (Contact Group)

The Expanded Automated Feedback Recipient Types (Contact Group) feature has been developed so that automated feedback rules can be configured to send email notifications to recipients within a user-defined group of contacts called a Contact Group. This feature is useful for organizations that have multiple business groups within a parent company. A user can set up a group or groups of recipients within the organization to receive automated feedback(s) from audits. See Creating a Contact Group.

Q:  What is a Contact Group?

A:  A Contact Group is a business-related group of contacts that can be notified regardless of the status of the Relation Type of individual members within the group. For example, an administrative user in an organization that conducts food safety audits can configure automated feedback email notifications to be sent to Primary and Secondary contacts regardless of the individuals' Contact Relation Type to address a specific business need.

Q: How is the Contact Group feature enabled?

Enhancement:  Within the Program Compliance feature, a new Program Task Type is available in the task type selection list. The new task type is Certification.

Description: The new Certification task type allows for creating a repeating task where the new task's due date is based on the previous task's user-set expiration date.

When to use this enhancement: This enhancement is suitable for organizations that have certifications or licenses that must be kept current and renewed on a regular basis as dictated by law or business rules.

• The ordering of questions within the report categories on feedback reports now follows the sequence of questions as they appear in the audit form. (45182)
• Copying longer audit forms with multiple categories, questions, or languages requires an extended period of time to complete. When the form is copying, a message will display alerting the user that the form will be available after the copy process has finished. Clicking OK will route the user to the Audit Forms list and work may be resumed while the form is copying. (45329)

• If the Feedback Report has the Require Complete Date response option enabled, in order for a new Action Plan to be created online, the Action Plan-Complete Date permission is required. (43998)

• When a user requests a waiver for a standard that is not waiver-eligible, a popup dialog box will remind the user that the standard is not waiver-eligible.  (45099)

• When adding HTML font color tags, it is necessary to add the "#" sign prior to the font color.  Doing so will save the HTML tag. Example:  <font color="#FE0000">.  (44797)

• When you create a new standard using HTML formatting, the format saves correctly. Client customization of "WhiteList" HTML tags may be required. (44783)

• Customers have requested for some time standard date formatting options.  This release introduces the first step in this process, and the following new, widely-recognized default date format has been added:  dd MMM yyyy.  Example: 05 Apr 2014.  
  
  NOTE:  An existing grid date column format will override this default, although there are some known issues being resolved in some grids.  Date formatting updates in the application will continue to be introduced in future Service Packs.  If you wish to use an alternate date format, contact your RizePoint Customer Support Representative.  Part of our ongoing efforts will be to make this feature configurable by RizePoint in the future.
